Terms of Service

1. General Terms

By booking Teri Wilson Entertainment for an event, you agree to the following terms:

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to book services.
  • Contractual Agreement: All bookings require a signed agreement or confirmation, either through our booking form or via email: info@teriwilsonentertainment.com.
  • Services Provided: We provide live performances for various events including weddings, corporate functions, private parties, and virtual events. The specific scope of services will be agreed upon during booking.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Booking Process: To secure a date, you must complete the inquiry form or contact us via email: info@teriwilsonentertainment.com/ or phone: 954-588-4929. Once availability is confirmed, we will send a booking agreement with details and pricing.
  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. The deposit amount and due date will be included in your agreement.
  • Full Payment: The remaining balance must be received 7 days before the event. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without a refund of the deposit.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments through Stripe, credit cards, paypal, venmo, and other approved methods listed on our site. CashApp payments are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel the event, you must notify us in writing. The following refund policy applies:
    • 30+ Days Before Event: 75%  of the full payment will be refunded (excluding the deposit).
    • Less Than 30 Days Before Event: No refund is provided.
  • Cancellation by Teri Wilson Entertainment: In the rare event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), we will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement performer.

4. Performance Terms

  • Set Times and Breaks: Standard performance time is: 60 minutes per set, with a 15-20 minute break between sets. Any additional performance time must be agreed upon in advance with additional fee.
  • Equipment and Setup: We will provide our own musical equipment unless otherwise agreed upon. The client must ensure access to a safe performance space with adequate power supply.
  • Event Timing: The client is responsible for informing us of the event timeline. Any delays beyond 30 minutes not caused by Teri Wilson Entertainment may incur additional charges.

5. Travel and Accommodation

  • Travel Fees: For events located outside of 50 miles or more  from our base location, additional travel fees will apply. The amount will be calculated based on distance and included in the booking agreement.
  • Accommodation: If accommodation is required due to the location or duration of the event, the client will be responsible for covering this cost. Details will be agreed upon prior to booking.

6. Liability 

  • Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for ensuring the safety and appropriateness of the venue. Teri Wilson Entertainment will not be held liable for damage to the venue or equipment resulting from negligence by the client or guests.
  • Force Majeure: Teri Wilson Entertainment is not responsible for cancellations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Media Usage: Teri Wilson Entertainment reserves the right to video record and take photos of performances for promotional purposes. If the client objects to this, they must notify us in writing prior to the event.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is used solely for the purposes of fulfilling your booking. We do not share or sell your information to third parties. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them before booking our services.
