Key Responsibilities Manage claims from first notice of loss through final resolution, ensuring timely and professional handling Verify coverage and evaluate claims in accordance with policy provisions and company guidelines Investigate, adjust, and resolve claims directly or coordinate with independent adjusters as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and property and casualty claims experience Property and casualty claims adjusting experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to analyze information, exercise sound judgment, and make informed decisions Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
