Responsible for planning and managing event logistics, the full-time Event Manager will oversee development and engagement events of varying complexity, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring high-quality guest experiences, while working in a hybrid environment with occasional travel and evening or weekend support. Key responsibilities Manage all aspects of local, national, virtual, and hybrid events, including logistics, guest services, and post-event reporting Establish event strategies in collaboration with partners and stakeholders to align with engagement and development objectives Utilize project management platforms to coordinate event details and maintain budgets and revenue expectations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience 4-7 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in event management Experience working with donors and high-profile guests Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms Experience in a university or complex nonprofit environment is preferred
